A high ratio of staff to babies allows us to provide the personal level of attention that all babies demand at this stage. Our devoted baby caretakers attend annual Infant First Aid Courses, as well as training workshops.
Prior to starting at the centre, the baby carer and manager will discuss with you your baby’s care plan. It is our intention to continue with the routine you have in place at home. You will also have the opportunity to discuss any worries or concerns. When you want to discuss the possibilities of changing your baby’s diet, you will need to talk this through with your baby’s carer.
Daily records will be kept on your child’s routine at the centre. Your baby’s progress will be closely monitored and you will receive regular feedback on her/his development. All babies are introduced to our infant early years educational activity programme that includes infant massage, stretching, muscle relaxation, singing, reading, art making – printing, messy play, sensory play and sensory toys and treasure baskets.
